Rental Application
Properties shown by appointment only. Please contact us via the contact information above to set up an appointment.
After we have shown you a property, you may complete the rental application*. There is no application fee. Your application will be processed once we receive it. If approved, you will be contacted regarding signing a lease. Submitting a rental application does not guarantee that you will be approved.
A signed application is required. Applications must be signed, scanned and emailed to champaignhomesforrent@gmail.com.
*Each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the property is required to complete an application.
