Properties family-owned and managed since 1969
The Garth family has owned and managed properties in the Champaign County area since 1969. It began with Garth Real Estate and Property Management owned and operated by Vian Garth. Now in the second generation, we continue to take great pride in the care and maintenance of all of our properties with quality hands-on management by Stephanie (Garth) Baker.
Ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom houses, we offer a variety of options to meet your housing needs. We take great pleasure in providing quality service so that our tenants can feel at home.
All of our properties in Champaign and Savoy are conveniently located near shopping, schools, parks, and minutes from the University of Illinois Campus. Occasionally we also have properties available in communities surrounding Champaign and Savoy. You can view available rentals and prices on the Properties pages of the website.
Most of our properties are pet-friendly. Some may require a pet deposit; however, we do not charge an extra monthly pet fee. Please contact us for more specific pet information.
